    Responsabilitati

    • Respond to user requests
    • Ensure that the client is able to utilize the product properly as per their needs
    • Update clients on the on the progress towards issue resolution
    • Track issues sent to other departments and ensure a resolution to the client’s satisfaction is attained
    • Complete monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc results
    • Pass feedback to other departments
