    Job Summary

    This Job Role is responsible for the coordination, management and execution of proactive and reactive maintenance activities that require a higher level of support that the one offered by the 1st Level Operations. This shall ensure that the services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.

    Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

    • 2-3 years experience in managing complex IT/Telecom solutions
    • English Language skills (proficient level)
    • UNIX operation/administration skills are mandatory
    • Windows operation/administration skills are mandatory
    • SQL/PLSQL skills are mandatory
    • Italian language would be a plus
    • Knowledge of Telecom Billing applications would be a plus
    • Knowledge of Telecom CRM applications would be a plus
    • Knowledge of Telecom Integration solutions would be a plus (EAI - Tibco, SOA, etc)
    • Knowledge of DWH/BI solutions would be a plus.
