• University Technical Degree (Computing, Electronics or Telecommunication);
• Microsoft, Oracle certification is an advantage
• Advanced English Skills (Written, Spoken, Reading) – is a must;
• Demonstrates operations and technical skills;
• Demonstrates working knowledge of functional concepts;
• Analytical and problem solving skills;
• Able to obtain results in a dynamic environment with attention to details;

• Designs, develops, troubleshoots and debugs software programs for software enhancements and new products.
• Develops software tools including operating systems, compilers, routers, networks, utilities, databases and Internet-related tools.
• Determines hardware compatibility and/or influences hardware design.
• Develops applications for technical end users.
• Assists in achieving section/ sub-function objectives for a functional area.
• Provides input for team decisions.
