    JOB SUMMARY

    Through active involvement and innovation, the SharePoint Specialist shall strengthen Ericsson’s competitive position by providing professional support to Ericsson Sourcing community from a subject matter expert perspective. The SharePoint Specialist is accountable for receiving, evaluating, solving and managing tasks in his/her area of expertise.

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities & Tasks:

    • Interface with the internal clients (stakeholders);
    • Act as a consultant to clarify the scope of the request, develop and deliver the product according to the initial agreement (e.g. process end to end);
    • Create / Maintain SharePoint and Intranet pages or tools as per company processes and according to internal customer requests;
    • Being responsible for customizing the content of the internal web pages from all graphical points of views (e.g.: page layout, coloring, drawing);
    • Create / analyze and prepare reports based on data extracted and client’s needs (e.g. Excel reports);
    • Cleanse data by making the entries as standard as possible (e.g.: process / procedural adherence);
    • Execute a quality check for all the deliverables before sending them to the internal client;
    • Ensure documentation is recorded and maintained according to corporate guidelines;
    • Regularly create and update the reports on status of agreed performance indicators to the Coordinator / Team Leader / Department Head


    POSITION QUALIFICATION

    Competences profile:


    • SharePoint experience is mandatory (creation & maintenance of SharePoint sites, tools)
    • SharePoint Designer & InfoPath are desired;
    • Good communication, presentation, analytical, quantitative, problem-solving skills are essential;
    • Experience in Web design, Photoshop, Drupal / HTML or other CMS tools (considered as a plus);
    • Strong Excel, Access and PowerPoint, as well as basic database skills required;
    • Good command of written and spoken English (mandatory);
    • Be able to interact with the customer (e-mails, phone calls) independently and use his/her skills to guide newcomers;
    • Be able to handle a request end-to-end independently;

    Minimum Qualification & Experience Requirements
    • At least 2 year of relevant experience
    • A first academic degree or equivalent qualification
