    Requirements

    Position requirements:
    · English Fluent
    · Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
    · Studies in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
    · Previous Tech Support experience required (1 – 2 years of experience).
    · Familiarity with basic data management techniques.
    · Patching, upgrading, migration, database maintenance and troubleshooting, backup and recovery.
    · Advanced data manipulation and reporting skills, expert in Excel, formulas & Vlookup, macros (Preferred).
    · Applied software development experience including .NET, Java, HTML, XML, ASP (Preferred)

    Responsibilities

    Main role:
    Enable ETMA (Enterprise Translation Management Architecture) users to meet their Hewlett Packard Enterprise translation business needs, by providing technical support for the ETMA system, tools and processes.

    Scope:
    Worldwide support to over 2,500 internal and external users of Hewlett Packard Enterprise translation process.

    Main responsibilities:
    · Ability to manage large volume of incoming requests and/or projects - categorize, prioritize and take action
    · Ability to coordinate data that comes in from multiple places/users
    · Able to recognize and understand the inter-relationships between different pieces of data and systems structure
    · Ability to interpret data and learn new web based applications
    · Strong critical thinking, ability to make hard decisions and back them up with solid reasoning.
    · Self-motivated to learn new systems, processes, strategies
    · Aptitude for quickly grasping concepts and methods then applying them to business.
    · Problem solver - able to investigate to root cause and solve hierarchy user support, data quality and process issues
    · Adherence to policy
    · Ability to take constructive criticism
    · Ability to effectively converse and listen to others concerning work instructions and process flows
    · Ability to work across countries, cultures and policies
