• Support the Partner Ready program manager who runs the governance and execution of this key partner program in EMEA
• Monthly production of the Partner Ready compliance and landscape status – actual status vs target tracking, followup with sub-region on actions
• Support preparation for Partner Ready reviews – partner landscape for each sub-region, prepare all the review material per sub-region, follow-up of actions
• Support Quarterly Business Review for EMEA executives on Partner Ready status
• Drive analytics on the specific and ad-hoc requests and delivery analytics and insights behind the data
• Review, tracking and support of Partner Ready exceptions (Platinum, Gold, Silver, BP) and Partner incubation / comp at risk management and follow on actions / milestone achievements
• Review and support of approvals for Direct Buying agreements and tracking of exceptions for quarterly management updates
