On behalf of our client, an important player in the automotive industry, we are looking for an outstanding Team Assistant - Truck Sales Department, for 6 months.


Success requires:

University Degree, preferably in the Economic field;
Work experience of minimum 2 years, in automotive field would be a plus;
Advanced level of English language;
Excellent communication and presentation skills;
Great planning and organizing skills;
Ability to develop professional relationships;
Results-driven and proactive attitude;
Great PC skills;
Driving licence – category B would be a plus.

Main responsibilities:

Providing support for the contract development;
Printing, collecting and preparing the contracts in their final form;
Obtaining the signatures required;
Dispatching the contracts to the client and monitoring their return;
Scanning and filing the contracts and uploading them on server;
Permanently updating the orders in the system;
Offering support for drawing reports on the license plates for regions and areas;
Offering support in the optimization process of the sales;
Offering support in preparing the bidding documentation (forms, approvals, clarifications);
Tracking the correspondence for the whole Trucks department;
Maintaining a strong communication with the other departments.

Type of contract: Determined, 6 months contract.
