Requirements
- Minimum one year office work experience
- Fluent English knowledge
- Fluent in one of the languages: Italian, Russian, Czech, Slovak, Polish
- PC and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) knowledge
- Ability to work as part of a remote/virtual team
- Good communication skills (good questioning and listening skills)
- Strong motivation, good eye for details, high degree of accuracy

- Receive requests for Response Import and ensure that there are clear requirement specifications to minimize rework
- Provide feedback to the customer and make sure the customer is aware that the request has been assigned
- Check the files received from the customer and load it into the Salesforce.com Base by using the appropriate tools (SFTP Server)
- Checks and correct the errors that appear during the data load. Perform the data load again if needed, until all the data has been loaded correctly.
- Follow up with the country contact and communicate that the data has been successfully loaded
- Use all technical knowledge in order to offer additional solutions if required to enhance customer satisfaction
- Keep track of all the changes made in the Response Import process to ensure that the data entered in the system meets customer demand.
- Keep track of activities performed for the countries by updating the designated tools (Briefing Request, Post Load Report)
- Train newcomers to the process and local and country users
Manually/automatically create/update contacts in Salesforce.com
- Create/update responses and leads resulted from the country campaigns as requested by country campaign managers
- Assigning marketing Leads to an appropriate person within Partner’s Team
- Assigning marketing Responses and Leads to an appropriate person within Partner’s Team
- Monitoring Responses and Leads in Salesforce.com to ensure that all uploaded campaign responses have been assigned correctly or are being handled within accepted timescales
- Create Leads as per request for all EMEA countries and assign them to the correct Sales team
- Convert Leads into Opportunities and assign them to the partners
- Follow up the opportunities sales stage
- Updating opportunities on behalf of partners if they don’t have access to the Unison
