• Provide administrative supportive for quotes, orders, projects and ad hoc purposes
• Lead Generation – identify potential sales opportunities
• Diary management and appointment setting
• Market research – questionnaires on customer satisfactions
• Contacting existing customers and ensuring they are receiving a positive
service

Service Delivery

• Engineer management – Inbound calls and appointment setting.
• Process orders in line with our supplier procedures
• Correctly update our internal ordering system
• Complete customer reports as requested
• Complete handover service calls to ensure customer satisfaction with the
order process
• Support the Service Delivery Department on project work

• Chase customers for outstanding payment
• Finance administrative duties
