    Requirements

    You need to have:

     Commercial / Business education / University Degree;
     Minimum 5 – 7 years' experience within a multi-national and cross-functional environment
     Project management experience for improving processes in Business or Supply Chain.
     Six sigma or lean expert certification preferred. Quality (Kaizen, 5S, ISO) systems
     Good knowledge of project management principles and expertise in processes improvement
     Comfortable in data analyzing
     Drive solutions to assigned tasks utilizing a proactive approach to problem solving
     Excellent verbal and written communication & presentation
     Good knowledge in MS Office and SAP R/3
     The successful candidate will be experienced in projects that delivered best in class customer experience. He should demonstrate customer service skills, analytical horsepower and collaborative approach.

    Responsibilities

    Your responsibilities will be:

     He will be responsible to build program and to lead and /or coordinate projects to support the strategy defined by the EMEA Customer Service Leader for improving the customer experience, driving revenue goals, and improving efficiencies - think about the customer first.
     He will support development in Bucharest of relevant back office processes well connected to CS front line teams to provide high level of responsiveness and performances to internal/external customers.
     Partner with Regional CS and sales Leaders to collect information, and support performances and processes improvement. He defines plan, implement detailed action plans to execute engaging and effective customer service programs and initiatives  Apply common program standards across all projects. Provides technical expertise and advice to project teams and other support teams. Develop and support senior leadership presentations.
     Analyze and understand customer data across multiple dimensions to support appropriate decisions. Build out clear and thorough business cases outlining problems or ideas in a way that can be translated to IT but also sold to the business.
