    Requirements

    - Bachelor degree
    - 0-2 years work experience in HR/Recruitment field and/or Customer Support can be a plus but is not mandatory
    - Fluency in Spanish and English;
    - Good client handling skills;
    - Attention to details;
    - Excellent communication skills
    - Adaptability when working in a multicultural environment
    - Willing to develop a career in Recruitment and/or HR;
    - Available to work in night shifts (15:30-00:30; 16:30-01:30; 17:30-02:30)


    Responsibilities

    - Work closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers and Candidates based in Latin America
    - Manage openings with Agency representatives
    - Organize briefing with Hiring Managers and Agencies
    - Ensure requisitions are opened in the established timelines
    - Managing updates to Talent pools
    - Manage day to day communication with Agencies and Hiring Managers in order to ensure that all actions are done in time
    - Communicating with candidates and Hiring Managers prior to hiring
    - Responsible for data documentation related to hiring
    - Managing hiring and on-boarding administration and confirming employment commencement on Day 1
