• Excellent command of the English language - written and spoken
• Prior knowledge and experience in a similar role is required
• Experience in data mining and/or predictive modeling
• IT affinity
• Good knowledge of MS Office package
• SharePoint knowledge is desirable.
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to details

• Support requests to External Research Agencies or perform Research in External Research Sources
• Administration of Access to External Research Agencies
• Analyze data evolution and trends by categories of clients;
• Data extraction through partner databases
• Interpret results, identify & provide feedback on issues
• Taking over general applications and/or specific questions by phone or email regarding different topics about the company and service lines.
