    • Experienta minim 3 ani in analiza de business / proiecte IT (sustinuta prin prezentarea succinta a unor proiecte importante in care a fost implicat)
    • Experienta in gestionarea unor proiecte in calitate de coordonator/project manager
    • Cunostinte bune de MS Office (inclusiv Visio, Microsoft Project)
    • Prezentare referinte de la fosti clienti si perioadele in care a fost implicat

    Soft Skills:
    • Capacitate de analiza si sinteza, in procesul de descriere a functionalitatilor cerute de business
    • Capacitate de organizare a propiilor activitati, pentru asigurarea unui raspuns rapid si prompt la solicitari/ intrebari care vin atat din zona de business , cat si din zonele de dezvoltare IT
    • Abilitati bune de comunicare si lucru in echipa

    Limbi straine: Limba engleză

    Responsabilitati

    Responsabilitati:
    • Analizeaza si defineste complet si corect cerintele de business , conform procedurilor
    • Aliniaza cu toate liniile de business implicate/impactate cerintele de business, asigurandu-se ca toate partile sunt informate, si obtine acceptul formal al acestora
    • Documentarea proceselor de business (AS IS si TO BE) sub forma unor diagrame de proces si descriptiv
    • Sustine activitatile de implementare ale cerintelor de schimbare prin organizarea de intalniri cu contrapartidele din unitatile de business, revizuirea si planificarea activitatilor proiectului si raporteaza statusul managerului de proiect/ coordonatorului echipei.
    • Evalueaza impactul modificarilor de fluxuri, din punct de vedere riscuri si controale asociate acestora
    • Elaboreaza planuri de testare, scenarii de test conform documentatiei de proiect
    • Raspunde de clarificarea tuturor problemelor deschise (open issues) legate de cerintele de business din portofoliul sau, inclusiv a acelor probleme care pot aparea pe parcursul fazelor de analiza tehnica, dezvoltare , testare, punere in productie
    • Evalueaza cerintele luand in considerare toate aspectele : legale, cele legate de securitatea informatiei si a datelor, proceduri interne
    • Asigura suport pentru training, daca este cazul
    • Analiza de business din perspectiva sistemelor integrate
