Our client is an international consulting company highly specialized in Software engineering, supporting companies in high tech, financial services and organizations in the public sector in improving their processes and technologies. Established in 1994 in Switzerland and currently operating with more than 400 employees and 11 offices in 9 countries (Germany, Spain, Slovakia, the Philippines, Singapore and still growing) they are expanding their software consultancy activity in Romania as well, by opening a new development center located in Cluj.

As part of an agile team, you are responsible for covering the business questions of the development team. You will be trained by the customer in the way the product is working and act as a first point of contact for all business related questions. Your IT background allows you to talk to Java developers on an eye-level. Either by having or developing your skills in the requirements methodology, you can support the customer and the developers in working on their tasks more efficiently.
• Experience in requirements engineering and collecting;
• Know about or are interested in use cases and user stories;
• Able to explain every letter in UML;
• Comfortable communicating in German language.

• Participate in customer requirements meetings to understand, capture and validate new requirements for development/modifications/enhancements;
