    Requirements

    Education level and/or relevant experience(s):

    • Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting;
    • Minimum 3 year of reporting or Finance operations experience;
    • Good knowledge of high-end applications/databases (SAP and SFDC);
    • Familiar with Six Sigma tools and process improvement approach;
    • Strong PC skills including Excel and PowerPoint.

    Other requirements:

    • Good knowledge of TS business environment;
    • Excellent English oral and written communication skills with the ability to deal tactfully, confidently, and ethically at top management level;
    • Goal oriented, motivated self-starter, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks to tight deadlines;
    • High analysis and interpretation of financial information skills

    Job scope:

    Support the Credit and Sales organizations for AR related reporting and analysis, in coordination with the departments’ targets and within the established deadline by driving the Past dues MOS and participate in the HOS Gold initiatives.

    Key Responsabilities:

    • Analyse, interpret and develop high-level past due reporting and analysis for Finance and Sales management, as per agreed MOS, with reference to unpaid invoices and various debits (pricing, logistics, quality, warranty), containing status, actions, expected result and forecast;
    • Develop and provide adapted reports per business needs according to specific root causes (quality and logistics), targeting the resolution of AR past dues;
    • Escalate unsolved issues as per the agreed MOS;
    • Thorough follow up of the objectives and coordination with Account Directors in order to ensure meeting of deadlines for issues resolution as per the agreed MOS;
    • Organize, participate and present the issued reports in the Past Dues MOS calls with senior leadership;
    • Measure the degree of achievement of established actions and objectives.

    • Participate in, identify and propose improvement actions in the framework of the HOS Gold initiatives;
    • Backup for C2C management for reporting and escalation tasks;
    • Drive past dues resolution calls with relevant departments, identify past dues root cause corrective actions and follow up towards their achievement.
