Graphic Designer

Former Xerox Customer Care Services, as well as other former Xerox Services companies, will continue its activities as Conduent, Inc. The name Conduent is inspired by the new company’s expertise in connecting clients and their constituents through seamless transactions in areas such as customer care, transportation solutions, and healthcare payer and provider services.

Conduent will continue to work as an extension of our clients’ business, enabling millions of interactions every day – such as processing toll payments or medical claims, disbursing public assistance funds or addressing a customer care concern. We will deliver these transactions at massive scale, anytime and anywhere, yet ensure each one is flawless, personalized and secure. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5 years experience in multifaceted graphic design position
• Must be proficient in print (ad) design and web design (specifically Flash)
• Must be extremely responsive
• Packaging design preferable, but not required
• Must be able to work remotely with minimal supervision
• Must be willing to work overtime to meet deadlines
• Prefer someone familiar with the business process outsourcing (BPO) market
• Must produce compelling designs quickly in order to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Design:

• Set style guide and design direction for the HCMS and CSG groups
• Help maintain brand consistency for the company and its product lines
• Produce creative and compelling advertisements
• Design company literature – catalogs, brochures, etc.
• Design product packaging – direct mail packaging, etc.
• Produce creative Flash animation files for sales demos
• Produce graphic elements for web design – micro sites, banner/tower ads, etc.

Direction:

• Negotiate the best rates with vendors to produce all marketing materials
• Give art direction to third-party companies
• Submit all advertisements (print and online) on time and in the correct format

Other:

• Must have an eye for detail
• Must be able to multitask in order to meet multiple deadlines
• Help with website design and maintenance
• Other duties as assigned
