    Requirements

    General:

    Procurement Services team ensures quality and standardization of the ordering process through effective request and purchase order (PO) management in the SAP systems. In this case, we can secure a seamless and smooth flow of procurement with a positive impact on the overall Order to Cash flow.

    •Financial acumen, especially with respect to managing budgets and building solid business cases
    •Inbuilt nature for thought leadership where you can act depending of the situation.
    •Business minded & result oriented with a high integrity
    •Strong leadership skills in change management and to drive a positive working atmosphere

    Qualifications:
    •Bachelor of Arts or Science in Business Administration or equivalent
    •8-10 years of professional experience
    •3 years of management experience /Leader of Leaders and proven skills in a global/multi-country position in a service oriented environment
    •Several years of experience in Operations and/or Service Delivery units
    •Fluent in English

    Responsibilities


    •Manage day-to-day operations, including resources and staff
    •Procurement Services team performance – Secure that the organization achieves set performance and cost targets
    •Ensure accuracy and quality within the relevant activities being performed within procurement process
    •Supporting, coordinating and providing guidance to the Organization and Stakeholders
    •Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, innovation, and a customer service mindset
    •Manage Governance with stakeholders in other organizations: Strategic Sourcing, IT, Operations, HR, etc.
    •Manage deviations from processes and minimize the differences in how services are being performed
    •Escalation point for issues related to team deliveries and performance –responsibility to resolve and improve performance
    •Provide personal coaching and general management support for team members, including personal objectives and individual performance
    •Execute relevant elements of the team Strategy
