    Fluent in English and Spanish

    Responsabilitati

    Ensure that all complaints are effectively managed and concluded in accordance with the Company procedures
    Follow up with suppliers where losses have been incurred and fault can be attributed to them
    Use own experience and knowledge to make business decisions as to where and when a loss can be taken
    Maintain and build on relationships with existing customers, and suppliers and build new relationships with customers and suppliers
    Follow the Customer Care procedures at all times
    Deal with the general administrative duties attached to the role
    Any other reasonable requests from the Customer Care Team Leader
