- University technical degree;
- Minimum 1- 3 years experience in related field;
- English language fluency;
- MS-Office package;
- Self motivated individual with the ability to work independently.

- Leads, moderates and folows-up the problem solving activities in case of Customer claims and internal nonconformities (Ishikawa, 8D and 5Why);
- Reports to the Management Team about the Quality issues;
- Contributes in implementing and maintaining Quality Management System according ISO TS 16949 requirements;
- Is lead auditor for process/line readiness assesments;
- Contributes to the preparation of action plans for improving in-house quality: product safety, conformity and traceability;
- Takes part in multidiciplinary team for PFMEA and Control Plan;
- Performs statistichal evaluations, MSA and SPC analisys;
- Conducts evaluation of Control Operators in the production line and DLN;
- Analyzes the results of product audits and initiates Problem Solving Activities accordingly;
- Coordinates Quality Technicians activities for data colection;
- Cooperates with ME and PPAP responsiblefor completion PPAP documentations.
