    Requirements

    • Proficiency in English & French;
    • 3+ years professional experience in a Financial Systems ERP environment;
    • Knowledge of the ERP is a must and the Financials modules in the Oracle e-Business Suite would be an strong asset;
    • Experience in implementing/consulting an ERP/eBS will be a strong asset;
    • Knowledge of Kofax KTM and Markview solution would be an asset;
    • Knowledge of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL;
    • Bachelor of commerce with major in business technology management or accounting;
    • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite;
    • 1+ Supervision /Team leader experience or equivalent;
    • Customer Service approach and focus;
    • Excellent oral and written communications skills;
    • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, demanding environment;
    • Strong analytical skills;
    • Efficient time management;
    • Self-motivated, independent, proactive and ability to execute with minimum supervision;
    • Team player.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible on the production environment Oracle e Business Suite R 12.1.3. ERP being up and running and ensures support for users;
    • Coordinates and supervises the daily and weekly activities for the Support Systems Team to meet core business goals and objective;
    • Assists with financial systems Oracle EBS support tickets received from users and ensure resolution in a timely manner - by giving guidance to analysts;
    • Ensures continued compliance through regular reviews of evidence collection and data testing during scheduled procedures;
    • Develop Subject Matter Expertise in one or more business processes/modules: flows P2P, O2C;
    • Monitors and prioritizes the Service Requests with Oracle provider logged by the support team to resolve issues identified in the application;
    • Lead projects to align system design with business processes and other systems integrations;
    • Identify areas for improvement in either business processes, policies , procedures or the system to ensure operating efficiency and regulatory compliance;
    • Coordinates the training documents and delivery to end-users of the new functionalities implemented;
    • Mentors and coaches the team members to the highest potential;
    • Participates in departmental leadership activities, this includes hiring, training, staff development, performance management and annual performance reviews for the Systems Team;
    • Gather, track and produce regular reports which focus on core key performance indicators (KPI) for the Systems Team and acts for improvements;
    • Contribute to developing a Team-Based culture;
    • Participate in coordination the design, testing and documenting new developments in the financial system applications, as well as, assist with month-end and routine maintenance tasks in the system.

    • Work schedule: 40 hours/week (11:00 to 20:00 or rotation)
