    Language skills:
     German (receptive+ productive skills): C1/C2
     English (receptive+ productive skills): C1/C2
     BA/MA in Linguistics/Didactics/ Translation Studies or other relevant interdisciplinary majors

    Teaching experience:
     Min. 3 years (e.g. DaF, DaM, TEFL, Business English etc.)
     Comprehensive knowledge of concepts and methodology
     Very good command of:
    - lesson planning strategies
    - time management principles
    - classroom management methods
    - feedback techniques
    - teacher roles
     Experience in assessment:
    - designing placement, diagnostic and level achievement tests
    - testing integrated skills according to the CEFR
    - providing feedback

    Other skills (optional):
     Experience in Customer Care
     Very good command of translation and proofreading teachniques

    Responsabilitati

    1. Assessing
     Assessing placement tests according to the CEFR.
    Types of tests:
    - Oral (live, over the phone)
    - Written (translations, other project-related assignments)
    - Integrated skills (receptive+productive)
     Giving customized feedback to the involved parties (HR, TL/OPMx, customer)
    2. Teaching
     Identifying training needs together with the Language Quality Responsible and other involved parties (e.g. customers, heads of department, project managers etc.)
     Defining training objectives
     Planning training sessions to meet the established needs and objectives
     Designing new materials or embedding existing materials in class
     Delivering customized language trainings
     Monitoring trainee performance
     Providing feedback to the trainees and their direct managers
    3. Translations and Proofreading
     Upon request (German-English, English-German)
    4. Activity Tracking and Reporting
     Reports to the Language Quality Responsible at the end of the month regarding assessing, training, translations/proofreading: Customized forms
     Trainee attendance and materials: Trainee Observation Sheet, Group portfolios
     Trainee feedback: Feedback forms
