- University degree (studies in financial and accounting field)
- Good knowledge in SAP: Module SD and FI
- Good Knowledge about Tax (Value Added Tax, Withholding Tax, Business tax, …)
- Good knowledge in MS Office (Excel)
- German and English very good written and spoken language skills
- Careful and structured performance
- Ability to work under pressure during peak periods and respecting the deadlines
- 2 years of experience in accounting and SAP
- Ability to work in a team, but also in own responsibility

- Receiving orders via Workflow/ticket system
- Checking completeness of documents
- Defining customer number, order type, order reason
- Checking correctness of taxes
- Preparing and Creating sales orders in SAP-SD
- Creating invoices in SAP-SD
- Archiving documents in SAP-SD
- Writing of documentations
- Communication with internal customer, tax and accounts receivables team
