- University technical degree;
- Minimum 6 months experience in related field;
- English language fluency;
- MS-Office package, Autocad;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Provides technical support for the installation, debug and setup of equipment and tooling into an integrated manufacturing system;
- Assists in developing equipment / station layouts;
- Interfaces and works with manufacturing engineering staff;
- Assists manufacturing engineering to identify, justify and implement continuous improvements in manufacturing processes and procedures;
- Designs and implements ME directed tooling changes, mistake-proofing devices, equipment and process improvements;
- Identifies and implements cost reduction opportunities;
- Maintains both machine and equipment capabilities.
