•Identify and solve software and hardware problems;
•Provide support to all departments as required;
•Perform equipment inventory;
•Create and maintain a helpdesk database, problem documentation and resolution;
•Record Service Desk calls for all incidents;
•Equipment installation and preparation, network changes;
•Perform off-site Backup procedures as required;
•Be responsible for contract support maintenance for equipment;

•Experience in working with stations, servers and network - at least 1 year;
•PC literate and experience with Microsoft packages, Lotus Notes, Office
•Very good command of English language
•Flexible approach to working practices;
•Enthusiastic and willing to learn new things;
•Able to carry out instructions with minimum of supervision;
•Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team;
•Well organized, compliance with company data security, policies and rules.

The following will be considered as advantage:
•Experience in working with VBA scripts, AD, Sharepoint, technical certificates ;
•Driving license;
