    Requirements

    - minimum 1 year experience in bookkeeping
    - good command of the English and German language
    - good MS Office skills, especially Excel
    - Good communication and interpersonal skills
    - Team player, flexible and open minded
    - Results oriented
    - Proactive and calm attitude
    - Multitasking
    - Able to prioritize tasks

    Responsibilities

    - Bookkeeping : collects invoices, checks invoices ( both form and content ), checks internal and external travel claims, including corrections if case be and communication with the requester, performs cash payments, drafts the petty cash journal, drafts various reports ( e.g. days spent abroad overview ), performs any other responsibility related to accounting which might be handled according to his / her experience, qualification and personal dedication to the job.
    -Administrates the office assets and the assets delivered to the new hires and received from the resigning employees (laptops, mobile phones, AMEX cards, stationery)
    -Issues internal documents/ forms such as delivery notes for IT equipment or access cards to the employees
    -Organizes and supervises the general maintenance of the office
    -Orders all necessary office/ cleaning/ protocol and miscellaneous supplies in due time, verifies existing stocks
    -Checks that security and cleanliness standards all met at all times and reports any nonconformities
    -Registers all incoming and outgoing documents
    -Operates meeting room/ parking spaces reservations
    -Organizes protocol
    -Registers visitors and makes sure they meet their contact person
    -Answers/ redirects phone calls, notes and transmits messages un due time
    -Receives, distributes and prepares courier/ postal sending
    -Compiles Excel Reports
    -Scan and file all relevant financial documents as requested by law as well as admin documents according to internal procedures
    -Assists colleagues with printing and filing SAP certification documentation, keeps track of the existing library materials and updates them where necessary
    -Cooperates with colleagues on different positions in order to deliver / share information
