    BESEDO offers solutions for improved user experience and fraud on the Internet, mainly in the field of UGC (User Generated Content). Our customers are leading companies in the online buying and selling, dating, social networking and media, for whom safety and consumer confidence is crucial. We have offices in Stockholm, Malta, Colombia and Romania. The Stockholm office has just moved to new premises in Hornstull.

    Besedo is currently in an expansionary phase in automation and we need to strengthen our development team with one more person focused on devops.

    Cerinte

    - Fluent in German, both writing & speaking;
    - At least medium level of English, both writing & speaking;
    - Good computer skills;
    - Problem solving attitude and able to handle changing priorities;
    - Team player, proactive and self motivated;
    - Detail oriented and very well organized;
    - Ideally have previous experience in customer support or online business.

    Responsabilitati

    - Review and moderate all user-generated content and profiles;
    - Customer Support;
    - Work accurately and efficiently, with an eye for detail;
    - Collaborate with other team members;
    - Provide feedback and suggestions to managers on trends, most common end-user questions asked, possible improvements of rules and back office system;
    - Where necessary assist in ensuring all assignment related relevant systems, manuals, instructions and user guides are updated/reviewed as often as necessary.
