Professional competencies

Education:

Computer science graduates (Automatics and Computers Faculty, Informatics, Faculty of Cybernetics)

Requested technical competencies:

• Good knowledge of C programming language (not necessarily C++ or OOP)

Would be a plus:

• Defect tracking tool (e.g. ClearQuest)
• Configuration management tool (e.g. ClearCase)
• Unit testing: CppTest
. JAVA/UML
. Basic knowledge in a scripting language

Personal competencies

• Structured working style suitable in a safety – critical environment
• Intercultural communication, including the empathy to work in an international team
• Team-working

Languages:

• English - advanced
• German is a plus

Responsabilitati

Short task description

Development of SW applications for the railway field, including
• Design, Implementation/Coding and Unit test (manual and automated tests)
• Application maintenance (new features and bug fixing)
• Documentation
• Regular progress reporting

The development will be performed in a professional environment in close co-operation with experts from Germany.
