- 1 year or more experience in the Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable Departments or in general accounting
- experience working with SAP
- medium level excel skills
- the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and identify work priorities
- excellent communication skills both written and oral
- a Bachelors degree in the Accounting / Finance / Economics field

So, what will you actually be doing? Share your passion by…
- Applying unidentified and unapplied cash receipts to the correct invoices, thus relieving accounts receivable from various customers accounts
- Auditing, reconciling and correcting rejected payments
- Providing support to the Credit Financial Analyst for the Cash forecast process
- Monitoring and Reporting Cash positions to relevant business partners.
- Driving process standardization across TS (Transportation Systems) organization (Automatic Cash Posting; Bank reconciliations; etc.)
- Issuing manual invoices, debit memos and performs credit and re-bill activities only based on documented requirements in line with the internal procedures
- Working closely with other departments to solve issues related to company’s accounts receivable
- Preparing journal entries and input of General Ledger information each month.
- Supporting Intracompany/Intercompany Accounts Receivable process.
- Ensuring compliance to all company policies and maintain records to enable audit
