    Requirements

    P&G Managerial Internship is a three months paid program taking place during summer. You will have the opportunity to work on real situations and projects where you will bring your own contribution to support the business growth. You will be part of a challenging, meaningful project along with your team and your manager receiving on-going coaching, appropriate training and tools to deliver successful results.

    A career in HR builds strategic and operational skills, breadth of HR experience across businesses and geographies, and depth of HR expertise.

    In HR Department you will get the opportunity to:
    - be partner with business leaders to transform organizations;
    - develop individual and organizational capability;
    - develop mastery in areas such as benefits, compensation, employee and labor relations, organization performance, talent supply, training and development;
    - ensure employer of choice image on the market through strategic communication plans.

    Our recruiting process:
    1. You enter on www.balkans.experiencepg.com, at the Career Opportunities section.
    2. You complete the online application form, to which you can also attach your CV.
    3. Afterwards, you will complete an online assessment, similar to a personality test. This stage is eliminatory, so please take every question seriously and allow yourself around 1 hour for completing it.
    4. If you pass this assessment, you will be called for Reasoning Test at our P&G office.
    5. If you will pass the Reasoning Test, 3 interviews will follow.
