    •Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio;
    •Solid educational background
    •Analytical skills (ability to analyze and synthesize), team-player , manages time and workload effectively
    •Knowledge of standards and quality initiatives and being able to follow them

    •Capacity to quickly learn new things and being able to apply theory into practice

    •Strong communication skills and being able to integrate your efforts into a team work. advanced English language skills

    Responsabilitati

    •To enable the organisation to improve the quality of management decision making by ensuring that reliable and secure information and data is available throughout the lifecycle of an event;
    •Able to support the organisation in capturing the data;
    •Responsible for capturing the correct data, for storing it accordingly and turn into useful information;
    •Aware of the central importance and strategic benefits of KM;
    •Understands the underlying principles, processes, enabling tools and technologies;
    •Aware of the critical success factors, organisational and individual;
    •Able to better manage knowledge effectively at an organisational and team level;
    •Responsible for harvesting knowledge, ideas generated;
    •Responsible for validating articles;
    •Able to identify and critically assess the value of knowledge in the organisation;
    •Aware of how the new communications, collaboration and information technologies effectively support the KM processes, within and between organisations;
    •Able to audit existing KM processes;
