    Requirements:
    - Bachelor degree
    - 0-2 years work experience in HR/Recruitment field and/or Customer Support;
    - Fluency in French and English;
    - Good client handling skills;
    - Attention to details;
    - Adaptability;
    - Willing to develop a career in Recruitment and/or HR;

    Responsibilities

    - Provide administrative support to Recruiters based in France, including:
    - Reviewing applications in line with minimum criteria;
    - Managing updates to Talent pools and matching candidate CVs against potential roles;
    - Managing scheduling of interviews and room bookings for candidates and Hiring Managers;
    - Communicating with candidates prior to interview to share preparation materials and confirm scheduling arrangements;
    - Managing on-boarding administration and confirming employment commencement on Day 1.
