We would like you to have:

- University degree in technical field - engineering (telecommunications, electronics, automation, computers and information technology)
- Between 2-4 years of experience in telecommunications networks;
- Experience in signaling protocols (Diameter, Radius, etc.) - is an advantage;
- Experience in programming languages ​​(Java, etc) - is an advantage;
- Analytical Skills - advanced;
- Project lifecycle - basic level;
- Troubleshooting Skills - medium;
- Knowledge of mobile data services - medium;
- Knowledge of Access / Policy and Charging Control - medium;
- Knowledge of Web Services - medium;
- Knowledge of planning Scalability - basic level;
- High Availability planning - basic level;
- Knowledge of TCP / IP - basic level;
- Knowledge of Diameter, Radius - medium;
- Knowledge of SOAP / REST / XML - medium;
- Knowledge of SQL, LDAP - basic level;
- Knowledge of UNIX / LINUX, PERL, scripting - medium;

The responsabilities we propose to you would be:

- Realises the specific documentation for the project / service, in his/her area of ​​responsibility in order to properly inform the team;
- Works with suppliers to implement the technical requirements for the systems and services and to introduce new components to the existing systems;
- Prepares specific work orders for the operational teams in order to implement new services or change the configuration of the systems;
- Is responsible for implementing work orders to ensure compliance with defined performance indicators for systems and / or services;
- Is responsible for defining the test plan to ensure that the requirements of the service and / or system have been implemented correctly;
- Provide technical support for operational support teams to ensure a fast and efficient solving of technical problems;
- Monitors constantly the services and the KPIs of the systems, offer support and recommendations for their optimization or update, in his/her area of ​​responsibility, to ensure fulfillment of customer specifications;
- Facilitates access of the team members to knowledge / best practices / technical standards and procedures to improve the quality of team work.
