Requirements

- Basic knowledge of customer service activities;

- Good knowledge of English and Greek (knowledge of the Romanian language is not required);

- High level of accuracy, attention to detail;

- Customer focus;

- Planning / organization skills;

- Pronounced analytical skills;

- Ability to work under pressure.

- Point of contact for the EMEA sales force in terms of price quotations for products and services;

- Prepares price offers based on the requests coming from the sales representatives and ensures that there are clear specifications of the requirements to minimize rework;

- Ensures that the approved prices are reflected in the official quotation;

- Assures documentation, reporting and optimizations of the operational processes.
