As the Commercial Reseller Support, you will manage sales admin tasks on behalf of Sales Representatives, analyze sales data and compiles information for reports, identify trends, prepare account planning & follow up.     Requirements

    - First level university degree or equivalent experience;

    - 1-2 years of related experience (e.g. supply chain, customer service, procurement, financial management);

    - Advanced English and German language;

    - Advanced communication skills

    - Developed problem-solving and analytical skills;

    - Broad knowledge of the end-to-end process of sales operations;

    - Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills;

    - Ability to structure and apply developed organizational skills to manage daily operational issues.

    Responsibilities

    - Acts as a first point of contact for regular, ongoing customer accounts on daily operational matters;

    - Manage sales admin tasks on behalf of Sales Representatives;

    - Manage sales compensation activities on behalf of the sales force;

    - Analyze sales data and compiles information for reports, identifies trends and makes observations;

    - Prepare account planning & follow up;

    - Ensure alignment to Business Unit/country process specifics and turnaround time;

    - Enables communication within the account team;

    - Collaborates with other functions and organizations to resolve as they relate to customer support.
