- Proficiency with UNIX, LINUX and Windows administration, including shell scripting, working in a large and complex IT infrastructure(s)
- Demonstrated experience in network connectivity, communication protocols, VPN, DNS, Load Balancing, and network troubleshooting
- Experience with database systems (especially MySQL& MSSQL)
- Excellent organization skills, ability to work well under pressure, and to meet deadlines
- Advanced scripting skills (Perl, Python, JSON)
- Demonstrated in-depth experience troubleshooting IT infrastructure issues
- Experience with reviewing raw log files, data correlation, and analysis (i.e. firewall, network flow, system logs)
- Solid comprehension of Information Security including malware, emerging threats, attacks, and vulnerability management; Good theoretical knowledge of TCP/IP and OSI models and its applicability on IT systems
- Experience with IT Management Systems such as Puppet, Nagios, Logstash
- A proven track-record of supporting a modern web application, ideally running NginX, Apache and Tomcat on Linux
- Ability to communicate effectively internally and externally at all levels, both orally and in writing
- BS degree, preferably in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent IT related experience
- Highly motivated self-starter with an aptitude and passion for learning new technologies
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration capabilities

- Develops processes, work procedures and solutions to optimize network security related activity
- Prepares descriptive information sheets for purchases, together with Purchase Order Forms and sends them to accounting department
