    Responsabilitati

    -Sorteaza si inregistreaza corespondenta primita in registrul de intrari-iesiri (numar, data, denumirea firmei, telefon, continutul mesajului, alte informatii considerate necesare).
    -Preia si directioneaza apelurile telefonice.
    -Primeste persoanele din afara (potentiali angajati, clienti, parteneri de afaceri etc.
    -Mentine evidenta primirii faxurilor)
    -Mentine si transmite un standard de profesionalism in realizarea activitatilor.
    -Respecta procedurile interne legate de utilizarea instrumentelor si a aparaturii din dotare.
    -Contactarea telefonic a persoanelor selectate (sau indrumarea lor, dupa caz), pentru sustinerea interviului de angajare.
    -Distribuirea beneficiilor oferite de societate angajatilor, in conformitate cu regulile impuse de acesta.
