Service Customer Care Specialist with German

You need to have:

• Vocational (MBO) level
• 3 years in a relevant customer support position and data entry (SAP preferred)
• Basic PC skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexible and motivated
• A desire to help customers
• Anticipates problems and/or possible barriers, recommend solutions
• Fluency in English language (verbal and written), fluent in German (verbal and written)

Your responsibilities will be:
• Supporting project customers with RMA entry and interface maintenance
• Support whenever appropriate the RMA Logistics , 3rd party team
• Customer escalation when related to service or quality
• Chasing customer for Break-Fix quotes approval
• Maintain accurate records of decisions, approvals
• Ensure a high level of quality in all aspects of daily duties.
• Participation to HOS (Honeywell Operating System) and HSE (Health & Safety) activities.
