    Requirements

    • Fluency in English and German
    • Good communication skills (good questioning and listening skills)

    Responsibilities

    • Provide Partner assistance on Pricing related queries via email/phone for Indirect route to market (RTM)
    • Proactively engage with Partners to follow up on open/unfinished requests
    • Perform operational activities that lead to Quote Approval and
    • Acts as a first point of contact for regular, ongoing Partner queries on Pricing related
    matters
    • Coordinates issue resolution highlighted by partners that may occur in the end –2end Sales process to ensure Partner satisfaction
    • Collaborates with other functions and organizations to resolve issues (e.g., sales teams, back office) as they relate to Partner experience
    • Communicates with both internal and external stakeholders at the individual contributor level
