Stock Manager

Our client is an important international animal welfare organization with office in Romania.

The job holder provides the physical administration of the stock of goods by registering, processing and keeping information regarding stock status.

Requirements

- University degree;

- Minimum 1 year relevant experience;

- Advanced Excel skills;

- Experience in Saga software is a plus;

- English – advanced level;

- Good communication skills;

- Analytical thinking;

- Integrity and professional ethics;

- Priority organization and multi-tasking capabilities.

- Responsible for the accuracy of stock records, systematic and chronological recording of data on stocks, fulfilling on time the specific tasks outlined or established by his hierarchical superior;- Respects the internal regulations and operating procedures concerning his position;

- Administration of stock and goods;

- Performs annual stock inventory of goods;

- Reports any inconsistency between the physical and the scripting stock to his hierarchical superior;

- Provides information about company stocks to each department.
