    Cerinte

    • Payroll experience 3 to 5 years
    • Experience of multi-country payrolls - a definite advantage
    • Fluency in English is essential
    • Advanced level of Arabic or Hungarian or German
    • Overview of HR Operations processes an advantage
    • Adaptability to sustained workload pressure
    • Enthusiasm to support the stabilization of this new Payroll Unit
    • Payroll qualifications represent a plus

    Responsabilitati


    1. On-time release of payment files and/or manual payment schedules - salaries & 3rd Party dues
    2. Responsibility for payroll journal upload to the Misys’ Financial Platform (NetSuite) finance General Ledger
    3. Reconciliation of Payroll Control Accounts & clearance of balances
    4. Reconciliation of headcount between Payroll & HR databases
    5. Escalation of operational issues and identification of process improvements
    6. Supporting HR Operations on statutory certifications
    7. Cash-flow forecasting
    8. Mentoring of team members in best practice and standards
    9. Assisting Global Payroll Manager as required, e.g. checking of Providers' invoices
    10. Supporting the delivery of ad-hoc projects
    11.Communication with Payroll Providers in validation & sign-off of output
    12. Liaison with Treasury on funding requirements

    The Team
    The Misys Payroll Operations team is responsible for administering the payroll function, consistently delivering to high quality standards and working to inflexible deadlines. This group sited in Bucharest will service the payroll for three out of the four Misys geographical regions, namely Europe, Middle East & Africa, and The Americas.
