Marketing Campaign Analyst

Former Xerox Customer Care Services, as well as other former Xerox Services companies, will continue its activities as Conduent, Inc. The Marketing Campaign Analyst role presents the opportunity to merge technical campaign list-pull design, marketing and analytical skills into a challenging role that supports industry leading retailers in cutting edge direct marketing campaigns. The role will both require a technical savvy and independent thinker candidate in order to provide good execution and take responsibility. The successful candidate will collaborate with a team of campaign professionals dedicated to delivering strategically segmented targeted audiences lists and actionable consumer insight.


Essential Functions:

- 1+ years of work experience in marketing, digital marketing or any related field;
- Campaign management experience in large scale marketing environment;
- Supporting campaign execution testing and post-processing methods;
- Knowledge of email marketing and related tools;
- First class organizational skills;
- Strong MS-Office, Outlook and Excel skills;
- Good communication, presentation and spreadsheet skills;
- English – advanced.

- Evaluate requirements with internal teams on best practice in campaign design and execution;
- Work effectively with clients and colleagues and develop strong working relationships;
- Meet or exceed quality and delivery expectations within a fast paced campaign production environment;
- Contribute to established best practices through experience gained from projects, customer engagements and research;
- Effective time management in order to deliver project components;
- Provide status reports and raise issues on a timely basis;
- Proactively identify and communicate potential issues and/or risks;
- Be able to educate internally by looking for opportunities to increase sales or cut costs;
- Establishing and maintaining processes to work with departments internally or external agencies;
