Service Delivery Commercial Administrator (German)

Very competent in interpretation of P&L
Very competent in financial analysis and assessments and cost controlling,
Good understanding of Xerox accounting and business processes
Good communicator with people of varying understanding of the Financial and Commercial aspects of the business – from senior Service Delivery Managers to operations staff
Very ordered, logical and structured mindset
Very good knowledge of Excel and Access
Good understanding of financial systems e.g. SAP, Galaxy and Kubera
Systems and IT literate
German and English language skills at an advanced level

Purpose of role
Provision of operational business, commercial and financial management support to XGS service delivery team
Help Service Delivery community know / manage their business better
Commercial advisor, helper, facilitator for Service Delivery community
Supports his/her manager in delivering their responsibilities
P&L Responsibility for the German XPS contracts
Owner of the German Commercial Productivity Programme

Responsibilities
Ensures that the German GDO month end closing / P&L is correct and available in a timely fashion
Provides monthly GDO reports such as: diverse P&L / Financial Reports, Deviation Analysis (P&L vs. OL, vs. Plan, vs. PY etc.), Outlook reports and analysis, fixed asset registers
Controlling of other departments according to the business, review preparation, commercial support for the GDO sites, monthly coordination etc.
Owner of the Commercial Productivity Programme for Germany
P&L responsibility for the German XPS contracts; ongoing financial analysis of all XPS contracts and coordination of actions to improve commercial performance
Kubera (German P&L and Outlook MIS) Maintenance which includes ongoing data upload (P&L data, single cost booking data, masterfiles etc.), User & PCT administration and development (new reports, adaption to changed organizational structures etc.)
Data Management: maintenance and regular update of central Controlling databases (Access, Excel pivots) -> central Controlling data archive on team drive
