Project Manager (ENG2/ PVI)

•Knowledge of ANSI-C programming
•Knowledge of standard software architectures (e.g. AUTOSAR, etc)
•Knowledge of software development models
•Very good technical understanding and overview of embedded systems
•Knowledge and experience with software development for real-time embedded systems
•Knowledge and experience in using embedded software development tools (e.g. compiler, debugger, code generators, etc)
•Knowledge of various microcontroller families (e.g. Arm, PowerPC, AVR, Intel 8051, etc)
•Capability of understanding hardware schematics
•Technical oriented university degree (e.g. electrical engineering, computer science, etc)
•Minimum 5 years of experience related to embedded systems development including project management activities
•Experience with standard development processes (e.g. V cycle, SCRUM, etc) •Experience with requirements engineering and specific tools (e.g. Doors, etc) •Experience with software design and development for the Automotive industry •Experience with vehicle communication (e.g. CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet, etc) •Experience with Automotive specific standards (e.g. ISO26262, ASPICE)
•Experience with real-time applications and embedded systems
•Quality management experience
•Experience in technical project lead
•Experience in collaborating with other disciplinary domains (e.g. hardware, system, testing)
•Experience with tools for software project management and software version management

Your responsibilities:
•Responsible for the technical and financial realization of the project according to the development process
•Responsible for planning and coordination of changes (time, budget, quality)
•Analysis of customer, software, hardware and system specifications and requirements
•Agreements with customers and development partners
•Derive and define software requirements
•Analysis of design decisions for embedded software architecture and software modules
•Functional and software development of embedded software components for photovoltaic inverter systems
•Evaluation and optimization of existing software architecture and components
•Analysis of software module testing and software integration testing
•Responsible for the documentation of work results in the project
•Reporting of the project key figures to the project review board and the superior management
•Maintaining and following standard software development process with focus on quality assurance
•Active participation and responsibility during the entire product life cycle (project preparation to product launch)
