    Requirements

    Education and Experience Required:

    - Business Analyst (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Communications, Marketing or Computer Science
    - Experience with web technology, programming languages, applications and techniques

    Knowledge and Skills Required:

    - Writing and editing for the web – requires some peer or manager review
    - Web analytics (measurement, Return on Investment (ROI)
    - Communication skills (written and verbal)
    - Prioritization, project management and time management skills
    - Basic knowledge and understanding of interactive media, tools and technologies (all channels and pricing models)
    - Basic knowledge of Internet principles and web site production
    - Knowledge of direct marketing and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
    - Maintain company marketing management systems as needed

    Responsibilities

    Job description:



    Provide daily operation & maintenance support to WW HP.com web sites and social media / mobile assets. Ensure all web tasks are delivered/performed adhering to HP Web Standards and Policies. Must acquire in-depth knowledge of various HP templates, process & publishing tool operations, and apply in daily assignment in order to optimize the efficiency & productivity, timely delivery and quality manner.

    Main Responsibilities:

    - HP.com Website maintenance including creation, development, modification, publishing and retiring outdated content
    - Social Media & Mobile Assets maintenance
    - Image & banner production, publishing & housekeeping
    - Marcom/Vanity URL Management
    - Jump ID Creation, QR Code Creation, HP Recommends maintenance
    - Pick-up and complete Maintenance tickets within committed turnaround time, making sure that work is processed in adherence to the instructions, guidelines and HP standards.
    - Task progress/status must be properly updated in e-Ticketing Platform enabling an effective end-to-end tracking/auditing process
    - Deliverables must be managed in accordance with Service Level Agreement entered with internal customers
    - Attend UAT for any new tool and/or process rollout as requested
    - Operate global requirements/projects implementation on track on schedule
    - Attend mandatory training & briefing for new tools & process deployment
    - Meet organization Key Performance Indicator
    - Submit Time Management Report on time
    - Enable a seamless collaboration working model with different operation teams
    - Submit regular work log upon request by Team Lead and/or Manager
