• Three years Human Resource related experience, or equivalent, in activities such as recruitment, processing job applications, HR administration etc;
• Degree in Business Administration;
• Ability to communicate effectively, deal tactfully with others, prioritize work, manage time effectively and work with minimal supervision. Must be oriented toward teamwork;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Specifically Word, Excel and Power Point;
• Fluency in English;
• Must be extremely detailed oriented with excellent analytical and organizational skills;
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
• Knowledge of HR functions and office administration procedures.

• Handles the coordination of interviews, writing tests, etc. for candidates;
• Maintains candidate pipeline fully updated;
• Provides orientation on human resource items, forms and when needed, safety to new employees including regular full-time, temporaries, etc;
• Processes Employee Record Change Forms on the personnel systems checking for proper authorization, appropriate changes, and compliance with policies and procedures;
• Maintains employee files and documentation as necessary for all employees to include: documentation, benefits, address changes, terminations, etc.
• Assists in the payroll for salaried staff;
• Provides HR support to the Department regarding new projects.
