Accounts Payable Improvement Lead

• Minimum two years of experience in BPO / SSC
• Experience in leading F&A harmonization, optimization or improvement projects is required
• Strong finance & accounting process knowledge, preferably in Accounts Payable
• Strong management skills and ability to motivate people to meet expectations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills is required since this is a client facing role
• Drive to meet deadlines
• End-to-end thinking and analytical skills
• Customer orientation
• Open to travel at short notice
• Ability to move to Lodz

• Stimulating and suggesting areas for improvement in business processes across domains
• Providing with expertise & consultancy services in area of business processes
• Leading range harmonization, optimization and improvement projects
• Ensuring high quality and efficiency of projects accordingly to Project Standards
• Monitoring world best practices and process advisory
• Ensuring project management and progress reporting in accordance with defined project management approach
• Managing & motivating team members
• Conduct business processes analysis within the engagement and propose improvement initiatives
• Run brainstorm sessions with Team Leaders and other roles involved in particular process from client and Infosys side
• Implement best practices existing in other engagements
• Implement proposed solutions (if possible) or assist with solution implementations
• Achieving strategic goals for the team
• Providing effective communication and professional relations with customers, suppliers and co-workers
• Maintaining high quality of reports
