This highly challenging position requires an individual with excellent technical and management skills. Specifically
• 5 years of experience in directly managing medium to large development teams (20-30) preferably in an outsourcing/off-shoring setup.
• Experience in release planning, estimation, capacity planning and managing project risks in a multi project environment.
• Exceptional communication skills
• Hands-on experience in managing projects in Agile environment (Scrum, Kanban)
• Use cutting-edge practices in Project Management, understand Product design, Requirement Analysis, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration, Automation & Unit Testing in a software development lifecycle
• Experience in working in investment banking area is a plus

■ facilitating the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
■ facilitating of KTs
■ defining project tasks and resource requirements
■ developing project plans
■ tracking project deliverables by using appropriate tools
■ constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
■ present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
■ lead and coach Team Leads, managing the delivery of the roadmaps and establishing and agreeing best practice to improve the predictability, efficiency and quality of software delivery
■ build an effective working relationship with the Stakeholders act as the key contact within their area of delivery
■ ensuring sharing of best practices/business domain knowledge/exploiting synergies between teams
■ help with maturing teams to co-source and identify new candidates that fit in the model.
■ identifying infrastructure issues, other inefficiencies in the environment and drive solutions.
■ helps with final interviews and assist with new-hire activities.
