Linux/VMware Systems Administrator

We would require you to have:
- 5+ years experience with Linux (Redhat, Debian);
- 3+ years experience operating Cisco or Juniper networks;
- 3+ years experience managing VMware vSphere clusters;
- Advanced experience in optimizing and securing Linux systems and network devices;
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Any of the following would be a plus:
- Proven extensive experience managing complex IT infrastructure;
- Experience managing FC storage systems (HP 3PAR and/or Hitachi);
- Experience troubleshooting web applications (Apache/nginx/MySQL/PHP);
- Exposure or experience with VoIP;
- Xen/KVM/OpenVZ virtualization experience;
- Cisco UCS management experience;
- Cisco CCNA/CCNP certification;
- VMware VCP certification.

We're looking for a colleague to help our team to deal with:
- Managing Linux, VMware cluster and storage systems;
- Proactively monitoring infrastructure performance thresholds;
- Planning capacity increases;
- Planning, peforming and auditing resource migrations;
- Improving and further automating existing processes;
- Reviewing logs alerts to pinpoint, mitigate and prevent issues;
- Providing advanced technical support to internal customers and sales force;
- Providing second and third level support to the service desk staff;
- Provisioning new services and systems.
