Customer Master Data Specialist

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role: publishing, inventory planning, manufacturing or SAP Master data experience

• Microsoft applications (Word – Excel) & analytical computer skills.

For our offices in Bucharest we are looking to recruit a Customer Master Data Specialist. This role reports directly to the Master Data Manager. In this role you will be responsible for maximizing the efficiency and performance of customer master data across all internal systems and areas within the company. The successful candidate possesses an understanding and knowledge of SAP Master Data and their impact on the business units, understands the relationship between customers and other integrated functions within SAP.

Responsibilities:
• Create customers in SAP based on information provided by the division. Reviewing the information for completeness and accuracy based on the business requirement/process.
• Works with business units and appropriate team members to resolve Master Data issues in an efficient and timely manner
• Manage customer data and customer data integrity across systems
• Ensure Replication of data is conducted in a timely manner.
• Operate and manage established systems for the management of internal data and make recommendations for improvement as appropriate
• Ensuring full and effective inter-company communication of any process or data changes.
• In cooperation with Master Data Manager and Business Analyst develop tools required to effectively manage all customer master data issues and improve data accuracy.
• Resolve any problem areas of existing customer master data integrity and provide solutions going forward.
• Day to day management of Customer Master data updates with collation and co-ordination through data providers / users.
• Be an active member of assigned integration projects that involve Customer Master Data changes.
