To support our growth in Romania and we are currently looking for our Public Sector team, an European Funds Senior Consultant.

The expert will be offered at the beginning a 6 months working contract with the possibility to extend it.

Qualifications

• University degree in Economics
• At least 3 years of experience in projects EU funded
• Able to prepare to specific documentation for accessing and implementing grants: to prepare business plans, feasibility studies, technical projects, financing requests, cost-benefits analyses, risk sensitivity analysis, elaboration of reimbursement claims, progress reports and diligence in maintaining adequately relationships with the managing authority and intermediate bodies related to funding the operational program
• Knowledge of the local public administration and procurement legislation
• Computer literate with MS Office
• Able to liaise with all levels of staff and management (involves daily contact with all levels of office personnel)
• Good organizational, communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivation in setting high professional standards
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written

Responsibilities:

• To prepare the adequate financing sources: opportunities analysis, economic-financial analysis, administrative assessment, eligibility analysis
• To prepare the specific documentation for accessing grants: to prepare business plans, prefeasibility studies, feasibility studies, technical projects, financing requests, cost-benefits analyses, risk sensitivity analysis
• Assistance in the implementation phase of the projects: development of the acquisition procedures, answers to clarification letters, reimbursement documents, intermediary and final reports
